If your happy leaving the truth why continue.............
by angel eyes injust want to know why some of you,not all,please dont think im meaning all of you because that truly isnt the case,claim to be happy for leaving the truth,being df etc yet you continue to speak about jehovah or attack him or the organisation??
even for many years after.. this would show that your hurt by them df you.
when someone we love hurts us its natural to want to hurt them back because we have feelings for them.so im thinking that many have love for jehovah still??

Love is the best snake oil around, OTWO. You just have to refine it until its AGAPE quality. The trials, if you keep endure till they work themselves out naturally, are the refiner, even if copping out and trying some OTHER way seems better.

even in congregation sanctioned duties.. so, why, then, do so many service pairings involve just that: a brother alone in the territory (even if it's to make a call) with a sister he's not married to?.

If everything has to be stated explicitly in the Bible for it to be true, then why does Romans 12:1 say that we must serve Jehovah "with [our] power of reason"?

Shunning (a form of "withdrawal") is much more neutral than "revenge" (a form of "confrontation").

The sister moved in. She was soon under the wing of a pioneer. I hardly got to meet her. Then I got basically DF'd. After quite a while, then the sister got DF'd. Now do you "git" it?
It is Isaac that must stop pretending and come to reality.

And, trust takes time and the right angles, especially time, I find. It is NO wonder that Jesus would say, every once in a while to "rest up a bit". It helps people actually get to KNOW one another, heart to heart, finding COMMON ground, instead of being PRICKLY. After all, to paraphrase Jack J. Blanco's take on Matthew 7:17, People who have prickly dispositions are NOT the ones we want to depend on for spiritual advice (even here on JWN).
